EirLyte Returns & Refunds Policy
At EirLyte, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

It is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

You have a receipt or proof of purchase
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at support@eirlyte.com.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide detailed return instructions.

For damaged or incorrect items, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label.

For all other eligible returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at support@eirlyte.com so we can make it right. Please include:

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to receive a different item, please follow the return process and place a new order separately.
EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.
To be eligible, the product must be:

Unopened and in its original condition

Returned with proof of purchase
Please note: Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns under the cooling-off period are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
