We aim to process all orders within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), with tracking details sent via email once shipped. Estimated delivery times: 1–2 days for Ireland (next-day when ordered before 12pm), 2–5 days for the UK, and 3–6 days for the USA. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
We offer free shipping on orders over €40 within Ireland, £50 within the UK, and $150 within the USA.
For US orders, any customs duties or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

We want you to love your EirLyte purchase—but if you're not satisfied, you can return unopened items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To start a return, email support@eirlyte.com. We’ll provide instructions—and for damaged or incorrect items, we’ll cover return shipping. Opened, used, or sale items are not eligible for return. EU customers also have a 14-day cooling-off period for eligible returns. Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
