At EirLyte, we ship to Ireland, the United Kingdom, the United States, and across all 27 EU member states. We are committed to getting your order to you quickly, safely, and reliably.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Note: During high-demand periods (e.g. product launches or restocks), processing may take slightly longer.

EirLyte ships to customers across Ireland, the United Kingdom, the United States, and all 27 EU member states. Whether you're in Dublin, Berlin, or New York, we have a shipping option for you.

Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Ireland: 1–2 business days (GLS, DPD, or An Post)
- United Kingdom: 2–5 business days (Royal Mail)
- United States: 1–2 business days (UPS Express)
- Rest of EU: 3–5 business days (DPD, DHL, or An Post)

Free Shipping Thresholds
Free tracked shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order meets the minimum for your region:
- Ireland: Orders over €35
- United Kingdom: Orders over £35
- United States: Orders over $75
- Rest of EU: Orders over €60
Orders below these thresholds are charged a flat shipping rate, displayed at checkout.
VAT & Customs Duties
Ireland & EU
All prices include VAT and applicable duties. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.
United Kingdom
All prices include VAT and applicable duties for UK orders. No additional fees upon delivery.
United States
Orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes upon delivery. These charges are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer. For faster clearance and prepaid duties, we recommend selecting UPS Express at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your dispatch notification.

Shipping Issues or Delays
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@eirlyte.com. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you're fully looked after.
