EirLyte Shipping Policy

At EirLyte, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, safely, and reliably. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Note: During high-demand periods (e.g. product launches or restocks), processing may take slightly longer.


Where We Ship

We currently ship to:

  • Ireland

  • United Kingdom

  • United States


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value. Estimated delivery times:

  • Ireland: 1–2 business days (GLS, DPD, or An Post)

  • United Kingdom: 3–5 business days (via Royal Mail)

  • United States:

    • Standard: 5–7 business days (An Post)

    • Express: 1–3 business days (UPS)


Free Shipping Thresholds

Free tracked shipping is automatically applied at checkout for orders over:

  • €40 within Ireland

  • £50 within the United Kingdom

  • $150 within the United States

Orders below these thresholds are charged a flat shipping rate.


VAT & Duties

  • Ireland and United Kingdom:
    All prices include VAT and applicable duties. You will not be charged additional fees upon delivery.

  • United States:
    Orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes upon delivery, depending on the shipping method and order value. These charges are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

For faster clearance and prepaid duties, we recommend selecting UPS Express at checkout.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

If you haven’t received a tracking email within 3 business days, contact us at support@eirlyte.com.


Shipping Issues or Delays

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.
We’ll work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue and ensure you’re looked after.
