At EirLyte, we ship throughout Ireland, the United Kingdom, the United States, and all 27 EU member states. We are committed to getting your order to you quickly, safely, and reliably.

Processing Time

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Please note: Processing may take slightly longer during particularly busy periods, including product launches, promotions, and restocks.

EirLyte currently ships to customers throughout Ireland, the United Kingdom, the United States, and all 27 EU member states .

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times after your order has been dispatched:

• Ireland: 1–2 business days
• United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
• United States: 2–5 business days
• Rest of EU: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by public holidays, severe weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Free Shipping Thresholds

Free tracked shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order meets the minimum order value for your region:

• Ireland: Orders over €35
• United Kingdom: Orders over £30
• United States: Orders over $35
• Rest of EU: Orders over €60

Orders below these thresholds will be charged the applicable shipping rate, which will be displayed at checkout before payment.

VAT, Customs Duties and Import Charges

Ireland and the European Union

Prices shown include applicable VAT. Orders delivered within Ireland or another EU member state will not be subject to additional customs duties or import charges upon delivery.

United Kingdom

Prices for UK customers include applicable VAT and duties. Customers will not be charged additional customs duties or import fees when their order is delivered.

United States

US orders are fulfilled and shipped from within the United States. Customers will not be charged customs duties or import fees upon delivery.

Applicable state and local sales taxes may be calculated and collected at checkout where required.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the carrier's tracking information to update after receiving your dispatch confirmation.

Shipping Issues or Delays

If your order is delayed, lost, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, please contact us at support@eirlyte.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and make sure you are fully looked after.
